Returns Refunds and Exchanges
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!
We offer a 12 Month Refund/Replacement Warranty on all of our products. If a product fails or doesn’t meet your expectations please email us with a brief explanation of the problem. Simply ship the item back to us and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
Our target products are designed to be shot at and as such, reasonable wear and tear is to be expected. Reasonable wear and tear is not considered a product failure and not covered under warranty. Please see the Safety section for usage guidelines for our targets.
